It is a great tool for measuring existing spaces which I then draw in CAD. No more fighting to hold a tape out as long as possible or having it flop over the lamps and trinkets in the room.
Makes measuring by yourself a breeze. Works as promised. The price of this unit made more sense than others given the way I intended to use it. I think I made the right choice.

I was a little sceptical about buying an electric chainsaw but I didn’t want the noise or fuel mixing hassles of a gas powered one.

The three amp hour battery should be the battery that comes with the Makita tools they fit. If you are a serious user of these tools or make your living with these tools, these batteries are a must.
They are a bit pricey, but what the hey, you got to have them. Even with the long life and short charge time I needed back up ready to go instantly and these give me that along with a battery on every tool ready to go, no fumbling around.

This came within 4 days of purchase and ready to go after approx 10 mins of installing the handle,wheels and the rubber vibration feet. Started after about half a pull and runs perfect.
I bought it mainly for use in my travel trailer when we go camping and it fits throught the door with wheels on, perfectly with room to spare. For a generator that puts out this much power under a load of a circular saw and powering my travel trailer, with the A/C on it is surprisingly quiter than I would have thought.
Actually much quiter than alot of other generators I’ve heard. Buy it and you’ll be happy. This generator powered it all with no problems. Some people were without power here for 7 days. I highly recommend this unit

I was wondering why some people critized this saw for producing dust when cutting, I think that its no worse then any others I have used. I also heard that this saw was underpowered. I strongly disagree. I have been cutting all sorts of very wet 4×4′s and 2×4 and 2×6′s. This saw spins a little slower then others to give it plenty of power!
The only critism that I have us that its pretty heavy and big to move around. Although if I wanted a smaller portable one, I would not have bought this saw.

I love this electric mower! I have a large yard and purchased it mainly to do small mowing jobs around shrubs, trees the fenceline and areas too small to reach with the riding mower.
This is exactly what I needed. Mows great and is so easy to start and use. I was so tired of trying to get gas powered mowers to start, especially at the beginning of each season. Also will be easy to store in the winter.
I can’t say enough about this mower. I am very, very pleased. Overall I would recommend Black & Decker CMM1200 Lawn Mower if you have a small/medium yard.

So far so good, got this last week and it’s been used a bunch. It had trouble in the sand and also in some light Florida muck. After a hard learned lesson, I keep an eye on it through the first run finding little hang-ups.
After finding a problem I make an adjustment of the hose route. A couple of times the arm came off and lost a bunch of water as it gushed out of the hole. The arms just popped right in and back to work. The stopper worked pretty good but it does leak.
A good back-up is using a timer in conjunction with the sprinkler. I’m considering a second for the back yard, so yes if you spend time moving sprinklers, I would recommend this.
