This kit works great! It takes a while to do, but with a lot of elbow-greese you will have a headlight that truely looks new! This kit works best on more damaged headlights as they already have most of the original shiny surface gone. with my more shiny headlight, I used all of the supplied rough paper and was not ready to move up in grit so I found some 320 grit paper I had sitting around and it took only a few passes to ready the surface.
If you use the 320 first (not included in the kit) to prepare the surface you should be able to use only one kit to do both headlights. Otherwise I would recomend 1 kit for each headlight. Still a very good price for great results! 3M Headlight Lens Restoration System
