As soon as I received the generator, I added gas and oil, and it started on the second pull. I recently used it during a power outage. It did the job as advertised!
In an ideal world, I would have liked to have had a Watt meter on it so I could tell what my load is. I’ve pretty much calculated everything in the house, so it isn’t that big of a deal.
One wheel had a dead spot. I called the company, and they told me to send them a copy of the receipt, and they’d send me a new wheel right away. I would recommend this product to anyone!
