I researched many a small air conditioning unit to finally decide on this one. The deciding factors were mainly its Energy Saver rating and price, which is comparable to anything out there this size.
I already have another Frigidaire unit, much larger/higher BTU’s in the living room and also figured to go with what works.
Overall, it was easy to install and cooled the room to a comfy temp for me. Now, noise levels highly depend on the individual. Comparing it to the bigger unit in the LR, this one is much quieter. I hardly could tell when it turned on/off. It has a nice, low hum to it & I couldn’t be more thrilled. I expected much worse. So, as long as this unit keeps on giving, I can highly recommend it!
