Just the other week one of the wing-nuts on the shovel came loose causing one of the braces to swing free. I tried to just finish up without fixing the loose brace and the brace ended up snapping off… Totally my fault for not keeping the wing-nuts tight. Anyways I contacted Suncast customer service and they sent me a replacement brace free of charge. Great service! Great rake! Just remember to keep the wing-nuts fastened tight.
